Enjoy your entire wedding day while our team handles the details from morning setup through the end of your reception. This comprehensive package combines Wedding Day Decorating with Signature Reception Support, including packing, cleanup and venue closing.
What’s Included
• Venue Setup ($150 value)
• Wedding Day Decorating ($795 value)
• Signature Reception Support ($1,095 value) - includes continued support through the end of evening, end-of-night packing and closing procedures, plus Post-Event Venue Cleanup, including restacking tables and chairs
• Assistance moving or adding agreed-upon decorations during the room flip, if needed
• Buffet and drink station setup and restocking
• Clear disposable plates and cups from guest tables
• Break down and tidy buffet and food-service areas after dinner
• Restock and monitor restrooms
• Collect trash and keep guest areas tidy throughout the reception
• Pack agreed-upon décor and personal items

• Services are provided according to your agreed wedding-day timeline through the scheduled ending time, no later than midnight
• A time may be scheduled to drop off boxed, labeled and organized décor in advance
• Fresh flowers must be delivered on the wedding day
• Reception food service is limited to buffet-style meals. Plated meal and table service are not included
• Our team does not move, cut or serve the wedding cake
• Wedding coordination, vendor management, floral design, balloon installation and other specialty décor are not included unless added separately
• Pricing starts at $1,895 for events with up to 150 guests
• Additional fees may apply for larger guest counts, extensive décor or events requiring additional staff
