Relax and enjoy your reception while our team handles the details from dinner through the end of the evening. This service includes everything in Reception Support, plus continued assistance, end-of-night packing, cleanup and venue closing.
What’s Included

• Keep the drink station stocked as needed
• Clear disposable plates and cups from guest tables
• Restock and monitor restrooms
• Collect trash throughout the reception
• Keep guest tables and common areas tidy during drinks and dancing
• Pack agreed-upon décor and personal items
• Post-Event Venue Cleanup ($300 value)
• Complete the final walkthrough and closing procedures, including checking guest areas, shutting down designated areas, securing doors and exits, and preparing the venue for closing

• Continuous support through the agreed ending time, up to midnight
• Reception food service is limited to buffet-style meals. Plated meal and table service are not included
• Our team does not move, cut or serve the wedding cake
• Morning setup and decorating are not included
